Our sister site Toronto Common is excited to announce a NEW Whiskey Wednesday series with fun virtual whisky/whiskey tastings as many Wednesdays as we can keep it going and they’re opening it up across Canada!
This Wednesday they’re featuring a whiskey / whisky from the 5 major whiskey / whisky producing regions of the world with New World Wine Tours whiskey specialist Spencer Gooderham.
Host Spencer Gooderham will take us through a journey of World whisky producing regions from Scotland, Ireland, to Canada, the US, and Japan.
Each of the regions have many distilleries so he has curated a list of whiskies that best represent each regions' unique style.
Learn the history of how whiskey/whisky travelled the world from the comfort of your home while tasting along.
Guests will receive 2 oz of each:

Kits are available for delivery across Canada and in the UK through our UK partner Strongman's Tipple.

Spencer Gooderham is an 7th generation descendant of William Gooderham, one of the founders of the Gooderham & Worts Distillery in Toronto.
You could say whisky is in his blood, but he's not resting on name alone.
Spencer returned to the family business working for Hiram Walker as a brand ambassador and regularly hosted whisky tastings and education seminars on whisky across Canada.
Currently operating virtual tastings with New World Wine Tours, Spencer leads the whiskey tastings team including curating the whiskey selection across multiple distilleries and creates unique experiences for whiskey enthusiasts of all levels.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING:
All tickets must be purchased online at least one week before the event to allow for delivery.
Kits arrive 1-2 days before the event.
Someone 19 Years of age must be home to accept the delivery.
Maximum attendance: 12
Guests should connect at least 5 minutes prior to the event.
The event link will be provided at least 24 hours before the event.
Event will start on time.
Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to someone else without any additional administration, however shipping cannot be changed.
The tasting box will be sent to the address provided, if you wish to transfer your ticket you must deliver the box to them on your own.
