Taste 6 whiskies worth knowing from 3 iconic American distilleries this Whisky Wednesday!

Taste 6 whiskies worth knowing from 3 iconic American distilleries this Whisky Wednesday with Brown-Forman Senior Advocacy Manager Taylor Corrigan and the Ultimate Food Guide.

Taylor will be guiding us through 2 Tennessee whiskies, a Tennessee Rye, and 3 bourbons from distilleries that have stood the test of time.

With over 500 years of history between them, Jack Daniel's, Old Forester, and Woodford Reserve have survived prohibition, world wars, and have defined over a century of whiskey production in America.

We'll be tasting:

All unique, some lesser known gems, and all whiskies worth knowing!

Enjoy an interactive tasting with 6 x 2oz flight delivered right to your door plus a signature mix from The Roasted Nut Company in Toronto.

Our events are limited to just 12 spots per event which means guests can hop off mute, have a chat, and ask questions throughout the event.

A rare opportunity to engage with a trained whiskey expert, other whiskey enthusiasts, and a great opportunity to share an experience with friends and family across Canada safely online.

Available for delivery across Canada with local bar partners.

Jack Daniel's is America's first registered whiskey and is still America's top-selling whiskey. While Jack Daniel's meets the criteria to be classified as a bourbon, the distillery disavows the classification, preferring to be classified as Tennessee Whiskey.

Mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels they produce themselves, Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey works with a sour mash, and does not follow a calendar. Like a good sourdough bread, it's tasted to determine it's ready.

Old Forester Created in 1870 by founding father, George Garvin Brown who identified an opportunity to ensure consistency, balance, and above all else, quality. George would bottle his whisky, seal it and by doing so guarantee it’s quality, making Old Forester America’s first bottled bourbon.

A distillery of firsts and distinctions, Old Forester remains to this day the only bourbon to be continually sold AND MARKETED by the same FAMILY, before, during, and after prohibition.

The Woodford Reserve Distillery has such a long history in Kentucky Bourbon that the site of their distillery is designated a National Historic Landmark.

Known for producing premium, small batch, Kentucky straight bourbon, The Woodford Reserve Distiller's Select Bourbon was selected as the Official Bourbon of the Kentucky Derby and the historic Churchill Downs.
