SUSHI OMAKASE
omakase means “trust the chef”, it is a traditional fine dining experience where the chef selects your course menu depending on the seasonal ingredients available that day.
you will be presented with the freshest dishes prepared one at a time right in front of you.
the entire dining experience is approximately 1.5 – 2 hours, including sashimi, nigiri sushi, hand rolls, soup, + hand-made dessert.
